This Privacy Policy sets forth FURYU Corporation’s (the "Company", "We" or "Us") agreement with you with respect to how we will handle your personally identifiable information.


By providing personal information (including but not limited electronic information in the form of text, voice, image, photos and other similar form) to us on this website or through the services provided on this website (our website and services shall collectively be referred to as the "Services") or by visiting our website, you consent to the collection, use, storage, transfer and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect Automatically. If you merely browse through our website or download or access photos, data or information through our Services, our servers will automatically collect certain information from you. We will use information that we automatically collect to manage and improve our website, services and technology to make them as useful as possible for visitors like you. None of the information we automatically collect is tied to personal information you may provide to us.

Information You Choose to Provide to Us Directly. The Company gathers and retains personal information about you only when voluntarily submitted by you. For example, if you choose to contact us by clicking on the "Help" link on this website and then clicking on the "Contact Us" link (which will allow you to access, complete and submit our customer support form) or by other methods, we will retain the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, consider your request or fill your order. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties. The Company will not sell, rent, use or transfer the personal information you provide to us to any third party. In addition, we will not disclose the personal information you provide to us without your consent, except (a) as required by law (as reasonably determined by the Company) and/or as a result of court ruling or for the requirement of court proceedings, (b) to our independent contractors who host and maintain our website and/or Services, and (c) to service providers or suppliers if the disclosure will enable that party to perform business, professional or technical support for us. You consent that we may disclose your personal information to the abovementioned parties located overseas.

Information You Provide to the Payment Vendor. Except for the Transaction History Information (as defined below), this Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you provide to PayPal or such other payment vendor designated by us to process the purchase of your photos from our Service (the "Payment Vendor"). You will need to provide the Payment Vendor with such personal and financial information required by the Payment Vendor (the "Payment Information") in order to complete your purchase and download your photos from our Service. Such Payment Information, including the collection and use thereof by the Payment Vendor, will be governed by the terms of service and privacy policy of the Payment Vendor. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO THE PAYMENT VENDOR OR ANY ACTION OR INACTION BY THE PAYMENT VENDOR, INCLUDING ANY VIOLATION OF THE PAYMENT VENDOR’S TERMS OF SERVICE OR PRIVACY POLICY.


Although the Company will not directly collect or store the Payment Information, the Company will have access to the following subset of the Payment Information through its account with the Payment Vendor: your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and such other information that may be made available to the Company by the Payment Vendor as a record of your purchase transaction history (collectively, "Transaction History Information"). The same third party disclosure restrictions applicable to "personal information" in the Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties paragraph above shall also be applicable to the Transaction History Information. The Company will not use the Transaction History Information for promotional or marketing purposes, but may use the Transaction History Information for customer or technical support purposes, such as helping you with payment or download problems, to the extent allowed by the Payment Vendor’s terms, and as required by law (as reasonably determined by the Company).

Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that a website can place on your computer's hard drive for record-keeping or other administrative purposes. We currently do not use cookies on this Service; however, cookies may be used at certain sites accessible through links on our Service.

Links to Other Websites. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the information practices or privacy policies of websites operated by others that may be linked to or from our Service, including the Payment Vendor. If you decide to access a third party's website that may be linked to or from this Service, you should consult that website's privacy policy.
