Q. I entered the ID code, but the photos do not get displayed.
Here are the possible reasons:
- The ID code is not correct.
Please check that you have entered the correct ID code.
The ID code is found at the bottom of your photo sticker and is 12 characters long.
- The ID code is no longer valid.
The ID code is valid for up to 1 week after taking photos.
- System failure/Network failure
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service. However, there may be cases where we cannot provide you the photos such as when system errors, network troubles, or other problems occur. Please understand that even when we cannot provide you the photos, we will not be able to reimburse you. (Please refer to the Terms of Service on the Top Page.)
Q. I have lost the ID code.
Sorry, we cannot provide any information about your lost ID code.
The ID code was automatically generated by the PURIBOOTH or the HEROINE FACE Photo booth when you took the photos.
Q. Only 1 photo is displayed in a large size.
You have selected 1 photo when you used the PURIBOOTH or the HEROINE FACE Photo booth. This is the only photo that can be displayed in a large size at no cost. If you would like to see the rest of the photos in a large size as well, please pay an additional fee.
Once you pay an additional fee, you can see the bigger version of all the photos (the ones taken at the same time) for up to 60 days from the day of the payment.
Q. Is the payment service secure?
Yes, it is.
The payments are made through PayPal, the world’s largest online payment system.
Your credit card or debit card information is only exchanged between you and PayPal, and is not disclosed to us. Therefore, your payment information will not leak out through us. For more information, please see http://www.paypal.com.
Q. I am not a PayPal member, but can I still make a payment?
Yes, you can make a payment through one of the following methods:
- 1) Sign up for PayPal.
- 2) Enter your credit card or debit card information without signing up for PayPal.
In either case, we will not be informed of your card information.
Q. I took photos with other people. Does each one of us have to pay in order to see the bigger version of the photos?
When one person makes a payment, the photos linked to that ID code can be seen free of charge by anyone who enters the code correctly.
Q. Can I download the photos?
Yes, you can.
The photos displayed in a large size can be downloaded and saved through your smartphone or the image download function on your Internet browser.
Q. I have not paid any additional fee, but I can see all the photos in a large size. Why is this?
One of the people you took photos with has already paid for this ID code.
When a payment is made for an ID code, everyone using this code can see the bigger version of all the photos.
Q. Is it possible for unknown individuals to see my photos on this website?
Your photos will be displayed only when your ID code is entered.
If your ID code is revealed to a third party, it is possible that he/she may enter it into the website and see your photos. Please securely handle your ID code located at the bottom of your photo sticker.
Q. I do not have any credit card or debit card, but can I make a payment?
You will need a credit card or debit card to make a payment.
Q. Can I see the purchased photos at any time?
You may access the photos for up to 60 days from the day you make a payment.
We recommend downloading the photos to your smartphone or PC within 60 days.
